Speed factor is bit frustrating for seos and website owners but this gives lot of value to the visitors, it takes few seconds for visitors to take decision either to let the page downloaded or ignore it. I think this is good initiative by Google and we as eMarketers should think of having multiple servers in different regions, so that we can improve our website speed.
